What time is delivery?

We are a small business, no single day has the same schedule so we cannot guarantee specific time delivery. Our deliveries run typically between 11am to 7pm, If you urgently require specific delivery within a certain time frame or after hours, please reach out via WhatsApp.

How long do I need to place my order in advance?

Please send in your orders at least 2 days in advance. For next day delivery or urgent order, please reach out via WhatsApp

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After submission of order, please wait for our confirmation receipt and payment details. Order is confirmed after we have receive your payment. If you need to cancel your confirmed order, it is eligible for a 70% refund if communicated more than 48 hours in advance!

How long do flowers last?
We hand picked blooms from the flower market a day or two before arranging to ensure maximum freshness. However, depending on weather condition and new environments the flowers are in, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the blooms.. so enjoy while you have them!

What do I do after getting the flowers?
If you have your arrangement in a bouquet, we suggest you remove the blooms from the wrapper and give the stems a good trim before placing them in a vase with fresh water. If your arrangement comes in a vase, immediately top up water in the vase so the flowers stay hydrated. Keep arrangements out of direct sunlight and change the water daily.
